What Shrtct is

A compact civic tech studio for products that need policy context, open data expertise, user empathy, and fast execution.

Shrtct sits between communications, product design, open data, and public-sector delivery. The work is usually practical: help people find shelter, understand vaccination, donate, respond to surveys, access services, or navigate wartime infrastructure.
